East Indica Cannabis Cards was founded by Patrick Velardo & Brian Mimnaugh in collaboration with Emerald City Manufacturing, New York-based cannabis entrepreneurs, creative strategists, and cultural historians of the legacy-to-legal cannabis transition.
We created East Indica with a clear mission:
